Matt Wall is a dynamic, results-oriented healthcare executive with 12 years of progressive experience leading for-profit and not-for-profit private hospitals. He demonstrates operational excellence, drives financial growth, and delivers exceptional patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

 

Matt currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the St Vincent's Clinic Board (appointed March 2025) and on the Advisory & Management Committee for the St Vincent’s Prostate Cancer Research Centre. His extensive professional experience includes leadership roles as General Manager and Director of Clinical Services at St Vincent’s Private Hospital, Darlinghurst, where he delivered positive EBITDAR results for the past 3 FY. He also held Director of Clinical Services positions at St George Private Hospital, Westmead Private Hospital, and Kareena Private Hospital.

 

Among Matt's key achievements 3 successful Hospital Accreditations with no recommendations. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, he also guided St Vincent Private Hospital Sydney to a remarkable Net Promoter Score (NPS) rolling score of 89.
