 Jocelyne Mansour is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries including health and aged care, agriculture, infrastructure, energy, and telecommunications. As Group Treasurer at St Vincent’s Health Australia since 2016, Jocelyne oversees the organisation’s complex debt and investment portfolios, while also leading strategic initiatives in insurance and property across its national footprint.

Jocelyne has successfully led major refinancing efforts, investment manager transitions, and insurance broker tenders, all while maintaining strong governance and stakeholder engagement, including with board committees and international entities. Past experience includes senior treasury positions at Ruralco Holdings, Downer EDI, Caltex Australia, Sydney Airports Corporation, and Hutchison Telecommunications. She brings deep expertise in financial risk management, capital markets, and strategic property reviews, making her a valuable contributor to board-level decision-making.
