Suzanne Holden is a highly regarded executive with over 18 years' experience in the transportation and superannuation industries. With significant experience of managing and leading diverse teams at British Airways, Qantas and Link Group Superannuation - to name a few, Suzanne has built her reputation for driving success, leading customer centric change and delivering productivity and performance improvements in complex operational businesses. 

Suzanne has lead Sydney Trains as Chief Executive (Acting), providing train services throughout the Sydney CBD and metropolitan area. Suzanne lead the agency’s focus on patronage growth, increasing customer satisfaction, reduction in peak incidents and improving safety performance.
