Ms Suzanne Holden

Ms Holden is a highly regarded executive and non-executive director with over 30 years' experience operating in highly complex and highly regulated industries. With significant experience of managing and leading diverse teams at British Airways, Qantas and Link Group Superannuation - to name a few, Ms Holden has built a reputation for driving success, leading customer centric change and delivering productivity and performance improvements in complex businesses.

Most recently, Ms Holden was Chief Executive and Chief Customer Officer at Sydney Trains where she was responsible for providing train services throughout the Sydney CBD and metropolitan area and increasing the agency’s focus on customer satisfaction, operational performance and safety. Suzanne is now a non-executive director of EQT Superannuation Ltd, Newcastle Airport and the Greater Newcastle Aerotropolis.
